The Roots

As she grow older n taller...she seldom looks down to u
There ..there u remain strong and grounded
Lil did she knew u evolved a long way in the hard Rock , stinky soil
She never touched her feet as she always aimed to reach out to the sky
A missled affair she had for the sky full of dead stars
Perched birds ,falling leaves and frozen fruits did she cherish her childhood days
Now she is all set to meet the star shining bright far away with a silent heart
Roots wondered ,for they are made for each other..For all the seasons changed with rain n pain
Desperate she thought of the caged roots... Admonishing she was for her failed freedom
She raged the fire...Till all the leaves fell and for the trunk to dry up it's soul
She fumed at her fixtures...She wanted to cut away for she lived long together
Roots never complained...For they were meant to be together...Lo only he could douse the flames with his dried up tears
She fell to the ground for now she is left alone...Perched birds left and the leaves fallen in the affair to meet the dead stars...Roots were left alone...
